Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using VisiAI, operated by LEGROWTECH TECHNOLOGIES INC. ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using our Chrome extensions or the visiai.app web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisiAI (including Socratic Buddy and related Chrome extensions, and the visiai.app web platform), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VisiAI is a screen-based AI suite that uses Google Gemini to analyse on-screen content. Current tools include:

• Socratic Buddy — AI-guided learning through Socratic questioning.
• Design Critic (coming soon) — WCAG accessibility audits and design feedback.
• Meta-Tactician (coming soon) — Real-time strategic advice for gamers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@visiai.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer your account to another person.

4. Free Tier and Usage Limits

The free tier includes up to 10 AI interactions ("snips") per day. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service — including tier limits — with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VisiAI to:

• Capture, process, or transmit content you do not have the right to access.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit content that is harmful, obscene, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service.
• Use the service to train or improve competing AI models.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

6. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

VisiAI routes on-screen content and queries to Google Gemini (Google LLC) for AI analysis. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

• Screen captures are processed transiently and are never stored on our servers.
• Free-tier usage may be subject to Google's data use policies for Gemini.
• We do not control Google's data practices. Review Google's Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content comprising VisiAI are owned by or licensed to LEGROWTECH TECHNOLOGIES INC. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to deliver the service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VisiAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEGROWTECH TECHNOLOGIES INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VisiAI, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of CAD $10 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of VisiAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
